Lake View Inn went above and beyond for me. I was traveling from work late and they were able to give me a secure entry to my room. Connor is a great guy! Room was very clean with a great view of the lake! I highly recommend this hotel!

The property is in a prime location. Connor and Derrick are doing a great job of cleaning up an old 1950’s motel. Very modest…flat screen TV,microwave and small fridge. My bed was very comfortable.

Location!!! We had a room with front view on the lake! Next to the coffee shop, close to the steamboats... The room has microwave and fridge. It was clean.

The location is great. You could walk to everything. We were traveling with dogs and the dog park was right across the street. We went there for the Oktoberfest celebration and could walk to the festival from the hotel. A great breakfast place was within a 3 minute walk. Also within walking distance was Mini Golf and a bowling center. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

The location is incredible! Just a three minute walk to Lake George, so there's no need to pay for parking at the lake. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and you can tell that the owners are putting a lot of love into renovating the hotel. The rooms have keyless entry, so you don't have to worry about keeping track of a key card. It's also dog friendly, and they charge a nightly rate of $30. I thought this was perfectly reasonable. This room is best suited for a solo traveler, maybe a couple. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly by a couple of days, and luckily I didn't have to switch rooms. They were very accommodating. Also, I had to work "from home" all week, and I never experienced issues with the Wifi. It was able to support video conference calls without any issues!

I had such incredible conversations with the co-Owners Connor & Derrick. These guys were so warm and welcoming and professional . My dog and I felt incredibly safe and taking care of. I could tell they genuinely care about helping people sustaining a property up to its maximum capacity of value and our genuine dog lovers through and through. Their tips about using the water and local trailheads was incredibly useful to me as I ventured out to Lake George and the sleeping beauty Trail. I look forward to coming back and making this another tradition trip.
